Approving PayTo in the ING App

When you tap “Refill” in the Brolly app, a PayTo agreement is created and sent to your ING account. To approve this agreement, please follow these steps:

Steps to Approve the Agreement

  • Open the ING app on your device.

  • Tap the menu icon (≡) located in the top corner of the app.

  • Select “PayTo agreements” or navigate to the “Authorisations” section.

  • Locate the pending agreement from Brolly or Stash Me PTY LTD.

  • Tap to approve the agreement.

Once approved, your repayment will be processed immediately.

Troubleshooting: Can’t Find the Agreement?

If you are unable to locate the PayTo agreement, consider the following steps:

  • Wait a few minutes, as ING may take a moment to display new requests.

  • Ensure that your linked ING account is active.

  • If the agreement does not appear, tap “Refill” again in the Brolly app.
