How to Approve a PayTo Agreement in the CommBank App

Approving PayTo in the CommBank App
When you tap “Refill” in Brolly, a PayTo agreement is created for your bank to approve. If you are a customer of the Commonwealth Bank, please follow the steps outlined below to approve your PayTo agreement.
Steps to Approve in the CommBank App
Open the CommBank app.
Tap the “For You” tab located at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down to find the “Authorisations” section.
Look for a pending request from Brolly / Stash Me PTY LTD.
Tap on the request and select “Approve.”
Done! Your repayment will now be processed instantly.
Can’t Find It?
If you are unable to locate the approval request, consider the following troubleshooting tips:
Ensure you are using the correct account that is linked to Brolly.
If there is no authorisation listed, please wait a few minutes or try tapping “Refill” again in the Brolly app.
If the request is still missing, contact Commonwealth Bank or message us in-app, and we can resend the request.
