How to Approve a PayTo Agreement in the ANZ App

Approving PayTo in the ANZ App
If you have initiated a "Refill" in the Brolly app and your bank is ANZ, follow these steps to approve the PayTo agreement:

Open the ANZ App.
Tap the “More” menu located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Select “PayTo agreements” from the menu options.
You will see a pending request from Brolly or Stash Me PTY LTD.
Tap on the agreement, then tap “Accept” to approve it.
Once you have completed these steps, your repayment will be triggered instantly.
What to Do If You Can't See the Request
If you are unable to see the PayTo request, consider the following:
It may take a few minutes for PayTo requests to appear in your app.
Ensure you are checking the correct bank account that is linked in the Brolly app.
If the request does not appear after a few minutes, tap “Refill” again in the Brolly app.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact ANZ or reach out to us for assistance. We can resend the request manually if needed.
