Approving PayTo in the Westpac App
After tapping “Refill” in the Brolly app, a PayTo agreement will be sent to your Westpac account. Here’s how to approve it:
Steps to Approve the Agreement
Open the Westpac app.
Tap the “Payments” tab from the bottom menu.
Scroll down and select “PayTo agreements.”
Look for a pending agreement from Brolly or Stash Me PTY LTD.
Tap the agreement, then tap “Approve.”
Once approved, your loan repayment will go through in real-time.
What If You Can’t Find It?
If you are unable to locate the PayTo agreement, consider the following steps:
Wait a few minutes — some PayTo requests may take time to appear.
Confirm that the correct Westpac account is connected in the Brolly app.
Try tapping “Refill” again to regenerate the request.
