How to Approve a PayTo Agreement in the Up Bank App

Using Up Bank? Here’s how to approve your Brolly PayTo agreement in just a few taps.

Up Bank fully supports PayTo — and makes it super easy. When you tap “Refill” in Brolly, a PayTo agreement is sent to your Up account.

1. Open the Up app

2. Tap the “Activity” tab

3. Look for a new PayTo agreement request under recent activity

   (It may appear as Brolly or Stash Me PTY LTD)

4. Tap the agreement and select Approve

✅ Done — your repayment will be triggered instantly after approval.

• Try refreshing the app or waiting 1–2 minutes

• Make sure you’re using the correct account linked in Brolly

• You can also trigger a new request by tapping “Refill” again in the app
