How to Approve a PayTo Agreement in the CommBank App

Step-by-step guide to approving your PayTo agreement with Brolly in the Commonwealth Bank app.

✅ Approving PayTo in the CommBank App

When you tap “Refill” in Brolly, we create a PayTo agreement for your bank to approve. If you bank with Commonwealth Bank, here’s how to approve it:


📲 In the CommBank App

  1. Open the CommBank app

  2. Tap the “For You” tab at the bottom

  3. Scroll to “Authorisations”

  4. Look for a pending request from Brolly / Stash Me PTY LTD

  5. Tap it and select Approve

✅ Done! Your repayment will now be processed instantly.


🧭 Can’t Find It?

  • Make sure you’re using the correct account that’s linked to Brolly

  • If there’s no authorisation listed, wait a few minutes or try “Refill” again in the Brolly app

  • If it’s still missing, contact CommBank or message us in-app — we can resend it
