How to Approve a PayTo Agreement in the ANZ App

Follow these steps to approve your Brolly PayTo repayment request using the ANZ app.

If you’ve tapped “Refill” in the Brolly app and your bank is ANZ, here’s how to approve the PayTo agreement:

1. Open the ANZ App

2. Tap the “More” menu (bottom right)

3. Select “PayTo agreements”

4. You’ll see a pending request from Brolly or Stash Me PTY LTD

5. Tap the agreement, then tap Accept

✅ That’s it — your repayment will now be triggered instantly.

• It can take a few minutes for PayTo requests to appear

• Ensure you’re checking the correct bank account linked in Brolly

• If it doesn’t appear after a few minutes, tap “Refill” again in the Brolly app

• Still not working? Contact ANZ or message us — we can resend it manually
